Delivery Information

We have 2 distribution centres (Australia and the UK) to better serve our customers. All orders are tracked and signature is required for delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/ or pick up. Redelivery arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are returned to us we will contact you by email to establish redelivery instructions, this will incur a second delivery charge which is the responsibility of the customer.

For delivery within Australia and New Zealand:

Our website will work out the exact cost which is weight dependent. The standard rates for 1 kg are:

AUSTRALIA : E Parcel Express expected delivery time 2-4 working days (Mon – Fri) £6.50

NEW ZEALAND : Australia Post expected delivery time 4-6 working days £10

Deliveries to all other countries will be processed from our UK distribution centre

Orders placed before noon on a working day will be processed that day, all orders placed after noon will be processed on the next working day.

Deliveries within the UK

All UK orders will be delivered by courier which are tracked and signature is required. Expected delivery 1-2 working days £6.50

Deliveries outside of the UK

Orders for destinations outside of the UK (with the exception of Australia and New Zealand) will be delivered by DHL. Delivery times to addresses outside the UK are not guaranteed. Handling and customs fees may apply to packages sent outside the EU. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at time of delivery.

Our website will work out the cost and time estimation, but as a guide expect 2 -10 days (depending on distance from the UK) and cost between £12 to £30. There are weight limits on orders for delivery outside of the UK and we may contact you if your order is for more than the weight allowance in our standard delivery terms. Additional costs may apply.

RETURNS

Should the POURVIN product that you receive be faulty or defective we need to hear from you. Please email info@pourvin.com as soon as you identify any defect. We will make arrangements to repair or replace the product.
